Dear Mr. Michaels:
Amendment No. 1 to License-DR-10, Docket 50-183, authorized
- General Electric to possess, but not to operate, the deactivated
'ESADA-Vallecitos Experimental Superheat Reactor (EVESR).
One.of.
the conditionscof the license requires an annual report to be H
-submitted within 60 days after the annual inspection is
-completed.

, submitted before the end of.the calendar year.

k when, because of holidays late in the year, it becomes necessary
.to schedule the inspection earlier than 60 days before the end of'the year.
GE requests that License'DR-10 be amended to 7
simply-require an annual report.. This would assure a consistent
' period,.i.e.,'a calendar year, for each annual report.
This
' change would make-License'DR-10 consistent with site reactor l
L licenses R-33 (Docket 50-73) and TR-1 (Docket 50-70).
