EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN FOR THE OREGON STATE UNIVERSITY TRIGA REACTOR The staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Consnission (NRC) has completed its review and evaluation of changes to the Oregon State University TRIGA Reactor (OSTR)
Emergency Response Plan that you submitted on November 6,1989 in compliance with10CFR50.54(q). The changes were reviewed against 10 CFR 50.54(q).
Based on its review, the staff concludes that the changes to the OSTR Emergency Response Plan maintains compliance with 10 CFR 50, Appendix E.
We have determined that the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of your approved plan, and are, therefore, acceptable.
