The purpose of this letter is.to advise you'of a revision to the due dates of two. Nuclear Division ' Improvement Plan = (NDIP) action items.
The due.date for the action item addressing the issuance of the information booklet entitled Guidelines for a Quality Working Environment" has been revised to December 31, 1989.. The reason for the due date revision is that Nuclear Division management is writing articles on each of the key issues identifled in the NDIP... These articles are t>eing published in the " Quality Line" news letter.
Once the articles have been published, selected--
articles will bo incorporated into the information booklet.
The due date for the completion of the Design Basis Document (DBD) system walkdowns has been revised'from August 31, 1990 to December 31,'1990.
The reason'for.the due date rovision was based on a reevaluation cf the work l
involved.- The intent in to complete the walkdowns for those systems inside Containment prior to the end of the 1990 refueling cutage.
The revisior.s to the~DBDs and-the remaining walkdowns will all to completed by December i
31, 1990.
