Dear Mr. Brewer:
4 I am responding to your letter of November 8,1989, in which you forwarded for our information a copy of the City of Toledo Council's. Resolution No. 250 89.
The site is proposed for the location of ~a facility for low. level radioactive waste disposal as a result of actions by the Midwest Interstate Low. Level Radioactive Waste Commission.. Those siting' actions to establish additional disposals capacity are required by the Low. Level Radioactive Waste Policy H'
Amendments Act of 1985, which requires States, or groups of States called Compacts, to develop such capacity. Accordingly, I am forwarding a copy of your resolution to:
