orders made final thereby. A/ In addition, the Mass AG appeals the Licensing Board's Memorandum Supplement dated 1/ The Mass AG states that this filing which protects his . .;

right to pursue additional intra-agency appellate review of the Seabrook licensing action reflected in: LBP-89-32 reflects no intention or purpose to elect to continue such intra-agency review in derogation of his rights to have final action timely reviewed by the cognizant Court of Appeals. The MASS AG files this notice only to ensure that no argument will lie at any later date that he failed to exhaust administrative remedies.

1/ Without limiting the foregoing, the Mass AG notes that this Notice of Appeal registers his appeal from LBP-89-17, the alert and notification decision of the Licensing Board.
