-("Intervenors") move this Board for an order extending the time within which Intervenors may filetan application for a stay of L LBP-89-28 to November 30, 1989. In support of this motion l- Intervenors state:

1. On October 12, 1989, the Licensing Board issued I

L LBP-89-28, the Memorandum and Order rejecting all of l

Intervenors' low power testing contentions.

L 2. By order of this Board, LBP-89-28 became a final, appealable decision as of November 13, 1989. See ASLAB Order p.2 (Nov. 14, 1989).

c. The Thanksgiving holiday is November 23.
