Dear Mr. Weiss:

In Reference 1, Public Service Company of Colorado (PSC) committed to prepare a sumary document regarding NUREG 0737 Control Room Design Review Modifications that would list all Human Engineering Deficiencies, those items resolved and their resolution, the resolving document reference, and those items left unresolved. That

' document, Summary of Control Room Changes and Final Status of Human Engineering Discrepancies, is now complete and available for NRC review. This document will be retained on site for the balance of plant life.

PSC requests that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) revise the September-19, 1989 listing of commitments (Reference 2) to indicate that the preparation of a summary document regarding Control Room Modifications is now complete.
