ORDER We have before us the Noven.ber 15, 1989 motion of intervenors Massachusetts Attorney General, the New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution, and the' Seacoast Anti-Pollution League seeking to have us assert jurisdiction.over certain contentions filed with the Licensing Board prior to the issuance of LBP-89-32, 30 NRC (Nov.
9, 1989).
The motion is summarily denied.
It is not clear that the intervenors are right that the I
rendition of that decision ousted the Licensing Board of L
-jurisdiction.over those contentions.
