r In view of some statements made at the limited appearance session and the prehearing conference, the Region V Office was requested to review Rockwell's Radiological Contingency Plan.
A copy of our memorandum which requested the Region V review was enclosed with Mr. Laland C. Rouse's letter to you on October 23,1989. Region V has completed this review and their response is enclosed. No violations of NRC requirements were identified.
