CRGR MEETING NO. 174 s
.The Committee:to Review Generic Requirements (CRGR) will meet in the afternoon J
on Wednesday, November 29, 1989, in Room 4B-11, 0WFN.
The agenda is as follows:
' 1:00-2:30 p.m.
The Committee will continue their review (begun-at Meeting No. 169) of the proposed final Access Authorization rule.
i (A revised review package, reflecting.CRGR comments at
-Meeting.No. 169,.will be provided to CRGR members when received.).
1; y 2:30-5:00 p.m.
The Committee will complete their discussion'(begun at u.
l Meeting No. 172) of the NUBARG backfit appeal of the L
staff's position prohibiting use of nuclear and requiring
' solid water pressurization for~hydrotesting of BWRs.
(An information package will be provided to-CRGR members by CRGR-staff by COB,; November 22, 1989.)

-If a CRGR member cannot attend the meeting, it is his responsibility to assure

that an alternate, who is approved by the CRGR Chairman, attends the meeting.
i Persons making presentations to the CRGR are re=ponsible for (1) assuring that the-information-required for CRGR review is'provided to the Committee (CRGR Charter - IV.B); (2) coordinating and presenting views of other offices, (3) as appropriate, assuring that other offices are represented during -the p.
preser.tetion, and (4) assuring'that aganda modifications are cocrdinated with L

Divicion Directors or higher management should attend meetings addressing g
