.This acknowledges the receipt of your-letter, dated June 10, 1988, by which you transmitted Revision 6 to the Trojan Nuclear Plant Security Force Training w
andQualificationPlan(PGE1024),datedApril1988. We have determined that portions of these plan changes are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p)andarethereforeacceptable. However, as indicated in the enclosure, 3
certain other portions decrease plan effectiveness and are therefore inconsistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). Accordingly, you are to follow your previously approved plan in regard to these items. Resubmit corrected plan pages-as necessary to maintain plan continuity.

Elements-of Revision 5 in the enclosure hereto, which were found unacceptable, were discussed with representatives of the Security Department on November 8 and;9, 1989.
'Should-you want to pursue changing the Trojan Training and Qualification Plan with respect to the changes set forth in the enclosure, you should resubmit under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.90.
