10 CFR 50.54(p) SUBMITTAL - MASSACHUSETTS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH REACTOR FACILITY This:is in response to your letter of January 13, 1959, regarding changes to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Research Reactor Facility, Physical Security Plan. identified as SAR Revision No. 35.
We have reviewed the information contained in this plan revision and have determined that the change is consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50,54(p) and is considered acceptable.
We have also determined that the attachments to the above referenced letter contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d).
Such information is deemed to be commercial or financial.information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.17(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.23, therefore, the attachments to the letter will be withheld from public disclosure.
