Dear Mr. Gigliotti:
This is in response to your letter of October 26, 1989 which forwarded l
temporary physical security measures during-construction at your site. We have reviewed the proposed temporary measures and have found them acceptable as meeting the requirements of 10 CFR 73.46.
Accordingly, we are hereby amending Safeguards Amendment SG-1 to your License
-No.SNM-368by,issuingaTemporaryLicenseCondition,TC(PS)-3,effectiveupon receipt of this-letter to read as follows:

TC(PS)-3 In additi, to the requirenents stated in paragraph 9.1.A. the licensee sull follow the physical protection measures outlined in-their letter of October 26, 1989. These temporary measures describe physical security measures being taken during installation of equipnent into the "L" Building. This license condition will expire on April 1, 1990.
The measures described in the letter identified in the above license condition are withheld from public disclosure. Theycontainclassified(CONFIDENTIAL)
National Security Information and must be controlled under the provisions of 10 CFR Part 95.
