CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR AMENDMENT REQUEST DATED OCTOBER 23,.1989 By letter dated October 23, 1989, CE requested an amendment to License No.
SNM-33 to authorize the use of natural uranium (source material) for testing the blending operation of the new pellet line. An Environmental Assessment and a Finding.of No Significant Impact have already been issued for the new pellet lines. This assessment included operations with enriched uranium. Testino with I
