T EMERGENCY RESPONSE FLAN FOR UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI RESEARCH REACTOR The staff-of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has completed its-review and evaluation of changes to the Emergency Plan fo~r the University of Missouri Research~ Reactor (MURR)' that you submitted on September 1,1989 in compliance with10CFR50.54(q).:Thechangeswerereviewedagainst10CFR50.54(q).
Based on its review, the staff concludes that the changes to the Emergency lL Plan for the University of; Missouri Remarch Reactor maintains' compliance with 10 CFR 50, Appendix E.
We have determined that the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of.your approved plan, and'are, therefore, acceptable.
