2. Section G.11, Consideration, paragraph "B" is revised to read as follows:

"B.

The total funds currently available for issuance of individual task orders under this contract is $5."70,000.00.

For further provisions on funding, see the Limitation of Costs Clause 52.232-20 referenced in Part II - Contract Clause, Section 1."

All other terms and conditions, including the contract ceiling of

$5,940,000.00, shall remain the same,
