This modification exercises the Government's option to extend the contract j'
for an additional twelve (12) month period from November 7, 1989 through-
[
November 6, 1990.
Now, therefore, the following changes are made:
I L
A.
Prices under Paragraph B.3.D. shall be in effect for the period
~ November 7, 1989 through November 6, 1990.
B.
Subparagraphs a, and g, under Paragraph B.4., Oblicatic.n and Consideration, are revised to read as follows:
"a.
It is estimated that the total cost to the Covernment for full performance under this contract, inclusive of the basic year, and 0ption Years 1, 2, and 3, will be $6,512,845.00.
I g.
The total amount presently obligated for performance of the contract is $6,014,198.00."
C.
Paragraph F.2, Term of Contract, is deleted in its entirety, and the fo!1owing paragraph is substituted in lieu thereof:
L "F.2 Term of Contract The contractor shall provide services under the contract from November 7, 1986 through November 6, 1990."
