Dear Mr. Knight:
We have received a letter dated November 10, 1989 from Mr. Dan R. Keuter
' s.
informing us that you no longer have a need for maintaining an operating license on the Rar.cho Seco Nuclear Generating Station, as required by 10 CFR 50.74.
Under the requirements of 10 CFR 55.55(a) which became effective on May 26, 1987, the determination by the facility licensee that the licensed individual no longer needs to maintain a license will cause that individual's license to expire. Accordingly, we consider your license, SOP-50208-1 to have expired.
