ESCRIPTION OF OCCURRENCE:
Reactor Controls Inc. (RCl) reported to MP&L's A-E that certain pipe supports were not fabricated and installed in accordance with specifications.
These supports were fabricated on site. 'Ihe following problems were found; tube steel substituted for steel angle, hangers welded to imbeds on 3 sides but the, fouthside extended beyond the imbed, several pipe clamps broken away 1
from the supports and hangers omitted. Corrective action is to be determined after further investigation. Report due 10/13/80.
