The Power Authority is presently in the process of preparing the Technical Specification changes requested in the above re-ferenced letter.
Due to the heavy workload associated with completion of the refueling outage, the restart of the plant, fire protection and TMI related modifications, the Authority hereby requests an extension of the submittal date to October 13,1980.
