Dear Sir:
The University of Missouri Research Reactor (MURR) License R-103 Cocket 50-186 desires to continue to use Model #D34710-1 shipping container for transportation of MURR fuel elements. We are cooperating with Atomics Inter-national (Division of Rockwell, Canoga Park, California) in their application submittal for relicensing of this container. While we recognize Atomics Inter-national as the primary user, our facility owns four of these shipping con-tainers and we wish to be listed as a secondary user of these containers.
In the past two years, our facility has received over twelve shipments of fuel elements in these contairers with no problems encountered. The renewal
