Thank you for your letter of July 3,1980, in response to our letter dated June 6, 1980.
As a result of our review, we find that addi-tional infomation, as discussed with your Ms. D. C. Almeda during a telephone call on July 15, 1980, is needed.
Specifically, for Item E, you state that the applicable DWP, RP-10-2 has been corrected to document the complete repair. However, that DWP is associated with the repair perfomed on the ferritic base material
- only.
You did not address the missing DWP, WMC-10-ll, which should have been used to identify the material used for the initial Inconel cladding layer.
In addition, please provide us with the documented basis for making the detemination that the electrodes used for the first layer of the repair was also used for the balance.
This may also be applicable to your response regarding the initial Inconel cladding layer.
Please provide this additional infomation within twenty (20) days in order that we may complete our review in a timely manner.
