Dear Mr. Keppler:
Illinois Power Company is plannirg certain repairs to its Clinton Power Station, Unit One.
Baldwin Asso-ciates has been authorized to perform this work.
This notification is in accordance with subarticle IWA 1400,Section XI, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
The planned repairs are as follows:
Weld preps of valve lE22-F010 and piping spool 1-HP-1-6 which were damaged during welding (NCR #3367) and the body of valve lE22-F010 which was damaged by an electrical short in a pre-heat pad (NCR
- 3471).
The above work will be accomnlished in accordance with the 1974 Edition, Summer 1975 Addenda, requirements of Section XI, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
The repair plan, procedures, and related documents will be available for your revieu at the site.
