Dear Mr. McCorkle:
In Attachment I to the referenced letter, this facility agreed to change the number of guards on "off-chifts" or convert to round-the-clock production operation.
Fresent decommissioning plans include round-the-clock operation of the Lagoon Processing Facility with six to seven days a week being a distinct possibility.
It is our understanding that the operation of the Lagoon Processing Facility equates to production operation and that the commitment to modify the guardforce during "off-shifts" does not exist during periods the Lagoon Proces-sing Facility is operating.
The new guardforce levels are expected to be implemented on July 7, 1980.
