Measurement and Statistical Controls; Storage and Internal Con-troJ; and 10 and its associated LEID.
The inspection involved 35.5 inspector-hours onsite by one NRC inspector and was begun during the regular hours.
Results:
The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC reguirements in the tnree areas examined during the inspection except for the following two items:
1.
The licensee failed to implement the training program for personnel involved in weighing, sampling, or gamma counting. (Infraction) 2.
The licensee failed to update control limits at the required freguency and failed to take appropriate action when apparent out-of-control situations occurred.
