South Texas Project Units 1&2 Docket Nos. STN 50-498, STN 50-499 Interim Report on IE Bulletin No.79-03A Bulletin No.79-03A, received April 7,1980, has been reviewed by Houston Lighting & Power Compan -
As requested by the Bulletin, the South Texas Project design is being examinea to detennine those areas where the pressure-related design stresses exceed 85 percent of the Code allowable stresses for SA-312 or A-312, Type 300 Series fusion welded pipe.
The results will not be available by the requested submittal date; however, the desired information should be available for submittal to your office by October 30, 1980.
