SECURITY FOR NUCLEAR POUER PLAIRS In response to your request, we have reviewed the subject draft standard. He have a problem with the grandfather clause on the criminal records check in Personal Screening.
A criminal records check is not required for individuals who were employed by the owner organization or contractor uninterrupted for the time periods indicated (2 years or 5 years).
From past' experience, a criminal rc records check is one of the most valued investigitive tools.
We have no other comments on the draft standard.
