1 Thank you for your letter of August 6,1980, with an enclosure.
Your letter was in response to infomation requested by Mr. D. F. Fox during j
our inspection of your facility, July 7-11, 1980.
The requested infomation was based on your letter of June 24,1980. that you submitted to us per your commitment in your May 1,1980 letter.
It should be noted that I did not receive the June 24, 1980 letter (a copy of which was enclosed in your August 6,1980 letter), but Mr. D. F. Fox l
did receive a carbon copy, which fomed the basis of the additional i
infomation request.
l The information previded in your August 6,1980 letter, and the' enclosed l
June 24, 1980 letter, related to findings in our 79-04 and 80-01 in-soections. We have completed our review of this additional information and have no further questions at this time. We will review the actions you have described relative to our 79-04 and 80-01 inspection findings during a future inspection.
