12 DESCRiPfiON OF AMENDMENT /MODtFICATION Pursuant to Section 4 - General Provisions, Clause 70 entitled " Limitation of Funds," this modif.ication is issued to apply an additional increment'of funds in the amount of $2,300,000.00. Accordingly the following changes are made:

The total funds currently obligated and available for payment under tnis contract is $17,049,587.00.
It is estimated that the amount currently obligated will cover the period of performance from the effective date of the contract through December 15, 1980.
The NRC reserves the right to unilaterally increase the funds available up to the amount of the aforesaid ceiling price.
C.
If at any time the contractor has reason to believe that the costs which he expects to incur in the performance of this contract in the next succeeding 60 days, when added to all costs previously incurred, will exceed 75 percent of the total amount currently obligated under the contract, the contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer in writing to that effect.
The notice shall state the estimated amount of additional funds required to continue performance for the period set forth in the Schedule, f.ecapitulation of Funds:
