Dear Mr. Engelken:
The District's original response to this bulletin was dated April 16,1979.
This response concluded that no ASME SA-312, Type 304, stainless steel pipe was used in safety related systems at Rancho Seco.
The records have been reviewed again. This review confirmed that there has been no ASME SA-312, Type 304, stainless steel pipe used in safety related systems.
In addition, there are no plans to use SA-312 pipe in safety related applications.
