Dear Mr. Bournia:
As was discussed with you on September 5, 1980, the LaSalle County position relative to NIEEG - 0694 Task II.D.3.3 concerning protable iodine instrumentation is baing revised to indicate that the following instruments will be available at the site:
1.
One (1) SAM - 2 iodine monitor system (Manufacturer - Eberline) 2.
Five (5) PING - 2 iodine monitor systems (Manufacturer - Eberline)
Note:
These instruments will each be adapted to accommodate silver -
xeolite cartriges (approximately 100 of which will be stored on site).
It is our understanding that this equipment satisfies the Staff's present requirements.
