As we discussed today in our telephone conversation the State of Illinois requests that you make available for decosition at our offices en October 1, 1980 Mr. A. Thomas Clark a.hd Mr. Fred D.
Fisher.
The subjects to be covered in Mr. Clark's deposition will be his knowledge of the present Merris Operation, licensing application and planned operation under the proposed renewed license.
The subjects to be addressed in Mr. Fisher's deposition-are the issues raised by Contentions 4, 5 and 6 in this proceeding.
