' The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Connission- (NRC) inadvertently' printed a copy of the
.~ articles in Volume.2 of its " Final Environmental Assessment for Decontamination of i
the Three Mile. Island Unit 2 Reactor Building Atmosphere," a copy of which is-
-l enclosed. The articles were sent to NRC by the TMI Legal Fund as an attachment to that' organization's comments on NRC's : draft Environmental Assessment.

% Lianal Technical Information Service, a branch of the U.S. Department cf Con f ree, and by the U.S. Superintendent of Docuv:nts.
Both of these agencies require that releases be obtained for copyrighted 'aterials that ap,; ear in goverrmant reports they soll.
