DISMISSAL 0F GREENWOOD PROCEEDING DOCKET NOS. 50-452, 50-453 On July 9,1980, the Applicant notified the Licensing Board and the parties in the captioned matter that it was withdrawing its application for Greenwood Units 2 and 3 and requested that the proceeding be terminated. The Licensing Board issued an order on July 14, 1980 granting the request and dismissing the proceeding. The Board also granted the Applicant's request that all docu-ments in connection with the application which have been withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 C.F.R. !i2.790 continue to be withheld; if the Comission determines that any such documents should be released in the future, Detroit Edison Company must be notified of such determination pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 52.790(c).
