Expiration of License The inspector telephoned the licensee on July 7.1980 and notified him that his License No. SNM-292 had expired on February 29, 1980. The licensee informed the inspector that they still possessed the material and wished to maintain their license. The licensee stated that the renewal application had been prepared and a copy of the renewal application would be forwarded to the Region I Office.

Application for New License On August 11, 1980, the Regional Office received a copy of the application for license renewal.
4.
Evaluation by the Regional Office Region I has evaluated the information supplied by the licensee, and since an application has been filed for the material -involved, determined that no further action is required by this office.
