Dear Mr. Novak:
Your letter of July 30, 1980 forwarded several items considered to require revisions to the Trojan Nuclear Plant Security Plan based upon evaluations by your staff and observations made by the Office of Inspection and Enforcement. As a result of a meeting held with a member of your staff in Portland, Oregon (Charles Gaskin), on August 4-6, 1980 in which your letter was discussed, we are proceeding to revise the Trojan Nuclear Plant Security Plan and expect to forward Revision 5 for your apprcval in September 1980.
All of the changes and information to be provided in Revision 5 have been discussed with and agreed to by Charles Gaskin. Attached is an item-by-item response to those concerns forwarded by your letter.
The attachment contains safeguards information and is to be withheld from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.790(d).
