Dear Mr. Chairman:

In accordance with the Eriergy Reorganization Act of 1974, as amended, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) hereby submits its reports to Congress on the number of full-time permanent employees hired and promoted during the second and third quarters of Fiscal Year 1980.

During those periods, NRC's procedures followed in preparing job descriptions, informing potential applicants, and selections at grade GS-11 and above were unchanged from those described in previous reports.
