The Babcock & Wilcox Company, Commercial Nucicar Fuel Plant requests amendt'nt of SNM-1168 regarding storage of SNM over 12 months with measure -nt uncertainties greater than 10% and limited use of non-representitive standards. Accordingly, a check far $300 is-attached to cover the two administrative licensing fees.
Attachment I to this letter describes the request concerning storage of SNM with measurement uncertainties greater than 10% for longer than 12 months and the need and basis for the request.
