River Bend Station - Units 1 & 2 Docket Nos. 50-458, 50-459 Gulf States Utilities Ccmpany is submitting the attached information in response to your letter dated July 2, 1980, con-cerning estimates for evacuation in the area surrounding the River Bend Station. We have obtained information for the 10-mile Emergency Planning Zone (EPZ) which involved investigation in the five-Parish area around the River Bend Station. The enclosed attachment describes the methods used to make the estimates and the assumptions taken for establishing the evacuation times.
