On August 14, 1980, General Electric filed its Motion To Compel Discovery Against Rorem, et.al.
Pursuant to applicable NRC regulations, any response Rorem, et al. wished to file was due on August 29, 1980.
Since General Electric has not, as of yet, received any such response, it believes that the record concerning its Motion To Compel is complete and that that motion is ready for ruling by the Board.
