At the prehearing conference on November 10, 1979, reoorted at transcript pages 595-97 (copy attached), it was in'dicated by Mr. Bowers, then counsel for ANGRY, that a new suboaragraph d (on licensee's diagnostic and analysis work) would be added to ANGRY's Contention IV.
However, we can locate no specific wording of that addition.
Was there a specifica~ tion of that subparagraph of Contention IV filed with the board?
