Enclosed herewith, pursuant to a request from Dr. Iuebke's secretary, is a single set for the Licensing Board's use of a number of documents related to early licensing and operation of the UCLA research reactor.
Included in this category of documents are inspection reports, licensee and AEC/NRC Staff correspondence on licensing actions related to the facility, and the Hazards Analysis Report submitted by the licensee in support of its appli-cation for an initial operating license.
Additional documents in the Staff's possession will be forwarded as the Staff is able to assemble such documents and reproduce them.
Also enclosed is a single copy of the licensee's application for license renewal, excluding that portion of the application related to the licensee's physical security plan, a document which is classed as proprietary under 10 CFR 82.790(d).
By means of this letter, a copy of these documents is being sent to the Petitioner to Intervene, the Committee to Bridge the Gap.
A copy of these

documents will also be forwarded to the licensee when additional copies become available.
