Dear Mr. Snyder:

I have just obtained a copy of the NRC's Environmental Impact Statement, which I am most anxious to read and study.

Due to the length and complexity of the "EIS", I hereby request that you extend the date for public comentary beyond October 6, 1980.

Forty-five days is hardly enough time to allow for something as important as this particular issue.

Everyone who wants to should be allowed to read it and respond to it, and this 'cannot be properly done in so short a time.

Thank you for your consideration.

Yours very truly, e
