As required by 10 CFR Part 140, we hereby submit two certified copies of the Secondary Financial Protection Endorsement Number 3 for American Nuclear Insurers (ANI) Binder Nos. EB-48 and EB-68 and Mutual Atomic Energy Liability Undemriten (MAELU) Binder Nos. XB-48 and XB-68.

These endorsements put these binders into effect for the calendar year 1980.
