DOCKETS 50-266 and 50-301 POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT SAFEGUARDS CONTINGENCY PLAN This letter and its enclosures are submitted in response ta your request for additional information of July 30, 1980 regarding your review of the Point Beach Nuclear Plant Safeguards Contingency Plan.
The enclosure contains a general comments section, which addresses your request for incorporating Section 8.2 of the Point Beach Modified Amended Security Plan into Appendix C, specific requirements of 73.40 (c) and (d), and providing a responsibility matrix.
The specific comments are addressed and changes made to Appendix C as we understand your request.
One set of updated pages are provided along with this enclosure for your review.
They are submitted for your approval, and will net be formally incorporated into Appendix C until receipt of your approval.
The subject matter of the enclosures to this letter is considered exempt from disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790.
We request that the enclosures be treated as confidential and not be placed in any public document room, and that any reply you make be similarly withheld if it deals with the details of our plant security plan.
