Dear Mr. Latham:
This is in response to your letter to me dated August 22, 1980, reques ting that SOC's consultants, ISB Technical Associates, be provided "with copies of any infomation given by the NRC [ Staff] to other intervenors..."
in this proceeding.
With respect to copies of documents sent out by the Staff in the future, in response to discovery requests from other intervenors I will forward your client's consultant copies of any such infomation provided spare copies are available to me.
As to "infomation from prior intervenor requests," I await the list of documents which you indicated is now under preparation. Again to the extent that spare copies are available, I will forward copies to MHB.
In those cases where I am unable to locate spare copies of discovery documents, I suggest that you contact the other intervenors or their consultants, principally ERG, to detemine whether documents that they have available can be shared. Additional arrangements can be discussed at our next meeting in September.
