1 The purpose of this revision is to provide evacuation time estimates that more closely follow the revised vehicle per hour capacity (VPHC) of the state highway and county roads within the ten-mile radius of the generating plant.
The revised VPHC numbers were furnished to us by the Minnesota Depart-ment of Transportation and the highway engineers of the counties adjacent to the 10-mile radius of the generating plant.
We have submitted the entire report with side lining provided on the revised pages.
