This is to inform you that Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO) has not and will not use any Westinghouse Type W-2 spring return to neutral control switches susceptible to the failures described in the subject IE Bulletin in its Bailly Generating Station Nuclear-1 safety-related applications.
