Dear Mr. Keppler:
Reference (a) transmitted the results of an inspection conducted by Messrs.
T. J. Madeda, J. R. Knicely and Ms. A.
M.
Christoffer on May 12-15 and 19-20, 1980, of activities at Zion Nuclear Power Station Units 1 and 2.
Appendix A to Reference (a) listed certain activities which appeared to be in noncompliance with NRC requirements.
The Attachment to this letter provides our response to those items of noncompliance as required by Section 2.201 of 10 CFR Part 2.
The Attachment contains information concerning the security plan for a nuclear generating station and should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with Section 2.790 of 10 CFR Part 2.
