Condition 1 - Licensee shol'. tile with the Customs Officer er the Postmester two copies,in ode tion to these otherwise required, cf the Shipper's Export Dec!cretion covering each export and mark one of such copies for trensn ittel to the U.S. Nuclear Regu-ictory Commission, Weshington, D.C. 20555. The fellowing dectoration should oc-ccmpcny or be placed on the Shipper's Export Declarations for such exports:
"This shipment is being mcde pursuant to.;pecific license number (specific license number) filed at(location of Customs office where license is filed),
on (date license was filed). This license expires on (expiration date of license), and the unshipped balance remcining on this license is sufficient to cover the shipment described on this decleretion.
Condition 2 - Exports cuthorized in any country or destinction. except Ccuntry Groups O, S, W X, Y, end Z in Port 370, Supplement t::

Condition 3 - This license covers only the nuclecr content of the matenal.

Condition 5 - Specici nuclear materici cuthorized fer expert under th;s 1 cense sho!! not be trcnsported outside the United States in possenger cerrying aircraft in shipments exceeding (1) 20 grams or 20 curies, whichever is ress, of plutonium or uranium 233, or (2) 350 groms of urcnium 235.
Condition 6-This license cuthori:es export only and does net cuthorize the rece:pt, phys; col possession, or use of the nuclear meterial.
Condition 7 - The licensee shcIl complete and submit on NRC Form 7.s1 for each shipment of source material exported under this license.
